Curator of Fine Arts and the Art of Living
This offering is aimed at visual artists, students, and those with an interest in art who wish to explore their artistic work and the art in their life on a deeper level. Drawing on decades of my own experience as an artist—and as someone who always managed to find a way to get by—I look forward to sharing these experiences with others.
Curatorial work comprises in-depth reflection and can be seen as an impetus that opens up space for development and initiates processes of transformation, with the goal of intensifying the authenticity of the resulting art and expanding horizons. The personal developments and transitions that make up the art of living are an intrinsic part of artistic development and, here, are provided with a fitting sounding board.
This offering consists specifically of a reviewing of existing artworks and portfolios, which are then discussed and collaboratively reworked. The programme also includes the curation of exhibitions and catalogues.
